DW Posejdon Regulations

The management of DW Posejdon kindly requests your cooperation in adhering to these regulations, which aim to ensure the peace and safety of all our Guests’ stay.

§1 Hotel Day

  1. A room at DW Posejdon is rented on a daily basis. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
  2. If the Guest has not specified the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room is rented for one day. The fee for the stay is collected from the Guest on the day of arrival (in advance).
  3. If the Guest wishes to extend the stay beyond the period specified on the day of arrival, the Guest should notify the reception by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental period expires. DW Posejdon considers the extension of the stay based on availability. Extension of stay until 3:00 PM – additional charge of 100 PLN, after 3:00 PM – the rate for another hotel day applies.

§2 Reservation and Check-in

  1. Check-in is based on presenting an ID with a photo to the reception staff and signing the registration card.
  2. The Guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which the payment was made has not expired. Persons not registered in the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  3. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Regulations during a previous stay, in particular by causing damage to hotel property or the property of other Guests, or by causing harm to a Guest, employee, or other persons staying at DW Posejdon.
  4. DW Posejdon reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card or collect a cash deposit equal to the full amount due for the stay upon check-in.
  5. A reservation is considered guaranteed if a deposit of 40% of the stay value is made within 7 days from the date of booking. Failure to make the deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
  6. If the reservation is not canceled within the agreed time with DW Posejdon, the deposit is non-refundable.
  7. DW Posejdon does not provide exchanges or refunds for unused services included in the stay price or for unused nights.
  8. DW Posejdon reserves the right to cancel reservations or change the stay offer at any time before the start of the stay due to force majeure or due to changes in the offer or lack of availability.

§3 Services

  1. DW Posejdon provides services according to its category and standard. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will allow us to react immediately.
  2. DW Posejdon is obliged to ensure:
    • conditions for a full and unrestricted rest of the Guest,
    • security of stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
    • professional and courteous service,
    • cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs of devices during the Guest’s absence, and in the presence of the Guest only if they agree and wish.
  3. Cleaning at the Guest’s request is carried out daily.
  4. At the Guest’s request, DW Posejdon provides the following services free of charge:
    • providing information related to the stay and travel,
    • wake-up call at the designated time,

§4 Guest Responsibility

  1. The Guest is materially responsible for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of DW Posejdon caused by their fault or the fault of visiting persons.
  2. Children under the age of 12 should be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians within the facility. DW Posejdon is not responsible for the health and safety of children left without supervision. Legal guardians will be materially responsible for any damage caused by children.
  3. After leaving the room, it is not allowed to leave windows and terrace doors open. When leaving the room, the key should be left at the reception. For a lost or destroyed key, the hotel will charge the Guest 100 PLN.
  4. DW Posejdon has a statutory right of lien on the items brought by the Guest to the facility in case of delay in settling the payment for the stay or failure to settle the payment for services provided.

§5 DW Posejdon Responsibility

  1. DW Posejdon’s liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited by the provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. DW Posejdon is not responsible for the damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it, and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the hotel parking lot or outside the facility.
  3. The Guest should notify the reception of DW Posejdon about the occurrence of damage immediately after it is discovered.

§6 Return of Left Items

  1. Personal items left by a departing Guest in the room will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense.
  2. If no such instruction is received, DW Posejdon will store these items for 3 months.

§7 Animals

  1. The facility accepts pets for an additional fee, shown in the price list.
  2. Only healthy animals with a health book (current vaccinations and deworming) are accepted.
  3. On the premises of DW Posejdon, a dog must be on a leash and wear a muzzle.
  4. It is forbidden to bring animals into gastronomic points (restaurant, bar) and recreational areas (mini SPA zone).
  5. The owner is obliged to clean up after their pet.
  6. All damages to hotel property or the property of other Guests and any dirt requiring additional work by the staff caused by animals will be assessed by the Hotel Management, and their costs will be charged to the Owners.

§8 Additional Provisions

  1. DW Posejdon enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is strictly observed throughout the facility.
  2. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices not included in the room equipment.
  3. All information about services, regulations, TV instructions are available in folders in each room.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and public areas. For non-compliance with the smoking ban, the hotel reserves the right to charge Guests 1000 PLN.
  5. Room change at the Guest’s request (not due to the hotel’s fault) is additionally charged 100 PLN.
  6. Please strictly observe fire safety and OHS regulations on the premises.
  7. The Guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by the facility for the purposes necessary to implement the Guest’s stay at DW Posejdon, and for the Guest to use other services provided by the facility. The Guest has the right to access their personal data and correct them.
